Model United Nations (MUN) is a simulation of the United Nations for high school and university students. Students act as delegates representing different countries in various committees and organizations. They debate, negotiate, and try to find solutions to the world's current issues. MUN provides an excellent opportunity to get acquainted with global issues; acquire public speaking, debating and English skills; and build a social network. This course is made up of six main sections and aims to introduce basic MUN concepts and equip first-time MUNers with basic MUN skills for a future MUN conference.
